The service

Notice Haven provides document organization, plain-language education, and writing assistance. Output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed against the original notice and applicable governing documents. The service is not emergency assistance, legal representation, or a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney.

Acceptable use

You may upload only documents you are authorized to use. You may not use the service to violate law, invade another person's privacy, threaten or harass, bypass access or usage controls, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or present generated material as verified professional advice.

You are responsible for reviewing your documents, response, recipients, delivery method, and any action you take. Notice Haven does not send material to an association on your behalf.

Accounts and subscriptions

Free and Notice Haven Pro features are subject to the limits displayed at purchase or use. A paid subscription renews at the disclosed interval until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal and ordinarily preserves paid access through the current billing period. Refund, tax, failed-payment, price-change, and trial rules must be finalized and displayed before checkout launches.

Notice Haven may suspend access for security concerns, nonpayment, abuse, or material breach. Users retain the ability to request deletion subject to disclosed legal and billing retention.

No promised outcome

Notice Haven does not promise that an association will withdraw a notice, remove a charge, accept a response, or reach any particular legal or practical result. Liability, dispute-resolution, governing-law, contact, and operator identity provisions require review before public launch.
